The furthest east I've ever been was Toronto and then Barrie, Ontario when I was 12. The CN Tower had just opened to the public and it was the best part of the hellish cross country trip by car with my parents. I could feel the French wave of oppression to my right and thanked my Dad for stopping in Ontario
