2013 NHRA Mile High Nationals
This is the 12th or 13th straight year I have been and it's always a great time. Didn't do as much walking around this year, mostly stayed in our seats to watch a lot of the lower classes race, so most of the pix are from my seat behind the start finish line.
Did get one photo of Courtney Force that I wish had come out better. I was right there at her pit when she came out of her trailer for autographs, but I didn't have anything for her to sign.
We also saw a new all time track speed record set that day...got a photo of the scoreboard, you'll have to enlarge the photo to see what the speed was. Fastest ever at Bandimere and I believe the announcer said it was the 3rd fastest time ever in NHRA racing.
A good time all around again this year.
