Might only be a 3 day work week, but it's gonna be a loooooooong week.
I try to not get involved in other people's marital affairs, but you should take at least one day off a week for muscle recuperation in any exercise regimen. For you, because, as far as I know, you're not doing any sort of weight training, if I were you, I'd take one day off and I'd make it Sunday. Just keep in mind, the days you do take off should be lower calorie days, meaning you should eat less on your off days. But that's just my 2 cents.

I usually take Sunday off unless I've taken a day off somewhere else during the week.

No, that was fixed on Thursday when Comcast sent a tech out. Today I was upgrading the wireless router, ordered a brand new one, better speeds, better security, better able to handle the intranet traffic....and it was nothing but a nightmare.
Can't even be easy just swapping out one router for another.
The biggest issue was, and I didn't notice it for quite a long time until I dug deeper into why the networked printers were off-fucking-line was that the gateway address of the new router was different by ONE NUMBER compared to the old router. Gateway on the old router was 192.168.0.1 and on the new one it was 192.168.1.1 which is just maddening. It's not something I would even think of looking at and I only saw it when I happened to see the IP address of our main networked printer.
