Why do we give a shit what Putin wants? Fuck Putin. Ukraine is a sovereign nation. If they want to be in NATO, then it should be up to Ukraine and NATO. Playing Devil's advocate here but if we don't do something, what's to stop him from trying to expand further into Europe? What kind of message does that send to China regarding Taiwan? What happens if China invades and we do nothing? Will that embolden Putin to go further in his quest to rebuild the Soviet Union?
