Went for din with girlie's fam (6 of us). Didn't get sat in an empty restaurant for 10 mins, didn't have our orders taken for another 10, drinks took 20, appy took 20, mains took another 20.... we ordered another round of drinks and they just never showed up, but we could SEE them sitting at the bar.
So we asked a random server to bring them
At least they gave us a gift card and cut the bill down by 75%... but fuck.

I always take note when a restaurant fucks up pasta. Pasta's the easiest thing in the world. Hell, I don't even blame them for the typical 200% markup on pasta dishes, I'm the dumbass that's looking to be lazy and have somebody else make it for me, so in a way I guess I deserve that ridiculous markup. But when they screw up that bad... man, they're just telling me that they really don't want my business.

I agree. Maybe I'm too much of a wuss though, but I hate complaining about food. Just don't have the stomach for it, I'm always worried their going to screw with my meal after I do or something. Just creeps me out.
My rule of thumb is that when it takes longer than 10 minutes to get drinks, and the restaurant is not busy, I leave.
