Not sure what was in it tonight. Wife put it in. I just added the bbq sauce (homemade by wife) and served it up. Sorry couldn't be more help. I can ask her if you like, but I know she gets most of her recipes from a local Texas cookbook.
We had crock pot country ribs cooked in apple juice with onions last night.. Last hour was cooked with Leftys original bbq sauce..

I've got a ton of deer around where I'm at. I'm always paranoid when driving down the main road, especially at night. I've had a few jump out in front of me, but luckily I was quick on the brakes and with no icy or wet road conditions, I've always stopped short of hitting them.
