It's interesting that they're introducing him now. According to what I'm reading, he's tied pretty closely to the Royal Inhuman family, and not in a good way. Yet we're not gonna see anything regarding the Royal family until the movie comes out in 3 or 4 years.

Still don't know what that thing is that was chasing her and Will(?). But now ideas are running through my head as to what it could be. Another Inhuman? A cosmic entity, like Death? Although I don't think Death would confine herself to one area of the planet when seeking out those to take. She can just take you whenever she wants.
