The big shots are in town from head office for some meetings this week... our new VP of Marketing came over to my desk tonight and said he wants to 'get together and chat tomorrow, all good.' This dude should theoretically barely know my name, I'm not in his department whatsoever. I'm going to lose sleep tonight trying to figure out what the fuck he wants

I would take that as very positive. He's impressed and gauging you for other assignments.
