I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the Flyers lost to the Penguins last night. They dropped all four regular season games to them as well.
I guess it was cool that they made the playoffs, but I think they'll be going home in 3 or 4 more games.

Music was better when ugly people were allowed to make it.
Even though the B's won last night, I'm not gonna breathe easy until this series is over. The Leafs were 3-1 against Boston this year in the regular season.
The Flyers even the series

David Pastrnak is the youngest player to score 6 points in a playoff game. Unreal.

Broke the record held by none other than The Great One himself. And I believe he's tied the record for most points (9) in the opening two games of a playoff series.
And that's an amazing team stat considering the B's are an Original Six team and that they've had some great players on that team.
This made me laugh

The Marchand - Bergeron - Pasternack line is so stupidly good right now it's mind boggling

I'm so glad that Marchand is a Bruin because I'm pretty sure I'd hate his guts if he was on any other team. But love the way he plays because he's in Boston.

So true. We need more characters in the league overall, I've been saying that for a while. Like them or hate them, how many guys can you name in the NHL that actually seem to have a mind of their own in their playing style and interviews? Thorton, PK Subban, Brad Marchand, Kevin Bieksa.... the list is pretty short.
I don't doubt a ton of them are hilarious and have huge personalities, but we don't see that because the NHL and twitter/media/society in general seem to attack anyone who doesn't stick to the script on and off the ice and acts like their own person/player. I've heard McDavid is beloved by his team and he's truly one of the boys, but you just see this one-dimensional stone-faced dude on camera and it makes you yawn.
Anyways, rant over

Knights beat the Kings with 7 goals... that's a new record for a best of 7 series
Looks like the Avs are gonna be toast. Didn't really expect much against the Preds TBH. MacKinnon is a beast though.
