You need to watch a video of Biden from 10 years ago and compare it to what you see of him today. It's dementia. I know it in my gut. I lived through it once. I watched my father wither away and die from it. I can tell when someone has a dementia-like disease from a mile away. Even in its beginning stages. Joe Biden has dementia.
