How old is Thor? I'm reading that Saint Bernards can be prone to idiopathic epilepsy, that it's an inherited condition, and that it generally begins anywhere from 6 months to 3 years of age.

    Epilepsy

There are three types of seizures in dogs: reactive, secondary, and primary. Reactive seizures are caused by the brain’s reaction to a metabolic problem like low blood sugar, organ failure, or a toxin. Secondary seizures are the result of a brain tumor, stroke, or trauma. If no other cause can be found, the disease is called primary, or idiopathic epilepsy. This problem is often an inherited condition, with Saint Bernards commonly afflicted. If your friend is prone to seizures, they will usually begin between six months and three years of age. An initial diagnostic workup may help find the cause. Lifelong medication is usually necessary to help keep seizures under control, with periodic blood testing required to monitor side effects and effectiveness. If your dog has a seizure: Carefully prevent him from injuring himself, but don’t try to control his mouth or tongue. It won’t help him, and he may bite you accidentally! Note the length of the seizure, and call us or an emergency hospital.
"Usually begins", but that usually means that outliers do exist.

Yeah, we got all the info on seizures from the vet. Just sucks that there's really not much we can do at this point.

If he can be medicated that's something, right?

Yeah, and from what the vet told is, it could keep it completely under control. So we just have to wait and see how frequent/bad they become and then get back to the vet and get him in for a follow-up visit.

We had a dog that had to take pills twice a day for seizures. If you think it's scary to witness just imagine how confused and scared he is.
The only advice I can give is that if one occurred while we were there we would hold and comfort till it was over. Easy for us since he was only about 18 pounds. A bigger dog cover with favorite blanket if he has one and put any toys close by while stroking. They were usually over in a couple of minutes just keep him comfortable and encourage happy memories to bring him around.

Man, just had to take a pic for a safety ID. With a cap on, I'm straight up rocking the 80's mullet. With the cap off, my hair in front hangs down below my nose. I kinda like it. Not sure I'll get it cut yet.

Our grounds maintenance guy at work cut my hair yesterday. I couldn't take it anymore.

Can you time your hair's movement with guitar playing? Could be money in that
