Thanks, it was pretty good. Extremely tart, I will for sure make it again.
My wife hates runny eggs so I don't make it much, but you get a good sourdough bread and dip it in a nice tomato sauce with runny yolks and it's a pretty nice combo. Fatty, rich umami from the egg, acid and heat from the spicy tomato sauce, sour from the bread. Deadly combo!
