Hey man, you're not at work. Do whatever moves you.

I typically never did or do smoke dope during the day. It's just not something I allow myself to do. Get important things done, do chores, relax later at night as a reward

One day I'll tell you about the morning I got up and smoked a big fattie of some killer weed at 8am The 39 hour day where nothing got done....(or did it?)

I never let myself relax... it's weird, but necessary.
I wanted to be a Monk, but I never got the chants.

I like feeling productive, not in control per say. It's more a function of my anxiety disorder than anything.

My apologies. I recently had a bad argument with my brother (okay, I hit him) because he made that same comment in a derogatory tone about our father.

Background is, if you knew my brother he's the biggest control freak on the planet in a negative way.

Too serious and way too much oversharing on my part

I happen to think there are good qualities hidden within struggles like anxiety issues.

A lot of mental health conditions have side effects that people view positively... manic phases and sociopathy included.

Saw a cool thing from someone with true OCD. She didn't like how some people used the phrase when talking about reasonable habits most people have.

If you like to straighten things on a desk, you enjoy neatness. It's not OCD.

If you like to use red, yellow, and blue stickers to organize a report a certain way, it's not OCD. You're an organized person.

When you can't leave a room because of a set of imaginary conditions created by your own mind were not met, that's OCD.

She went on to say how much therapy she had along with a drug treatment program and I don't mind saying I was little relieved after reading her explanations.

I thought I had some crippling, stupid little habits that fell into that category and her story helped me realize most of it is harmless.
