He can't put names on them...he doesn't know who is who...
Maybe he'll start collecting ears instead

I've read some theories in another forum about this.....it's not far fetched.
I think that the intern had a secret obsession, or crush, on Brian and that's why she's taking a special interest in the Ice Truck Killer case. After she looks into the case herself, I think she'll notice things that everyone else missed. She has 'fresh' eyes, and no emotional tie to Dexter. Doesn't know him as a person, friend, brother, or coworker. She doesn't have a reason not to suspect he could be a monster, and from that, maybe find out that Dexter was the one to kill Brian
What made me think of this theory is the new intern, Ryan. she has already expressed interest in the ice truck killer case, saying that she religiously followed it. People are saying this is because she has a connection to Brian, but i think her obsession w/ the Ice Truck Killer case is just a stepping stone. eventually, she's going to start asking Masuka to show her evidence from other cases in the past -- maybe Trinity, The Skinner, barrel girls, and eventually the bay harbor butcher.
She's gonna end up in Dex's little slide collection
I liked the last victim in last night's episode....very Saw-esque the way they killed her.
I'll just stand quietly in this room and be creepy while you defile that young girl.Take your time.
I liked how they approach the subject of spirituality from both sides.Dex doesn't shy away from his disbelief and the brother ex con doesn't ram it down his throat...to use a phrase.
Masuka amazed me when that chick sold the prosthetic arm online.Elmer Bastista and Quinn had me rolling when they got high in the Trans Am They were still loaded in Deb's office.
And oh yes, the final scene was wonderful
What did everyone think of the cheesy website that Olmos had going? I think he's brilliant, hiding in plain sight.
And Dexter was almost creaming when he was looking at the victims
That's true
Did he actually fire her, or did he just tell her to go because he was pissed at her that moment and had to find out how to cover the mess up?
Yeah, classic Deb, it was awesome. And I'm glad that the Chief is behind her all the way, even if it is for less than perfect intentions. LaGuerta's a real bitch and I wanna see her fail at trying to make Deb fail.
Agreed on LaGuerta...hopefully someone toasts her
I'm not sure about Vince.Seems like he fired her.I think he was also a little heart broken when he found out...
Still thinking about Batista and Quinn That old song starts playing and then the long shots in the car (POV for being high I guess?)
Quinn was so quiet - ...and get those sausage fingers off of my chest man....
I like it when the new guy asked which one of them owned the Firebird, Crockett or Tubbs
Yeah I'm getting a sense that the new guy will either almost get on to Dexter...or die this season.
I also thought that when they were in Deb's office she was going to bust them...Quinn played that scene so well (being high) Not a bunch of exaggeration or stereotype.
He just gave a little smile when laying out their theory about the website. His eyes looked sooooo glazed....
