I switched from T-mobile to Verizon. I called T-mobile to pay my final bill. I asked for an explanation of the charges and they said they couldn't discuss it with me because their record of my social security number (which has always been incorrect) doesn't match. Since I can't guess what their typo was, they won't explain the charges. My response was "then I guess you aren't getting paid. Have a nice day." *click*

T-mobile make 3 harassing robo-calls a day to my mobile. I call them and the won't talk to me.

when I asked the rep how much something was (I was going to ask her in greek, but I thought that would be a bit weird so I decided against it) I have no idea why, but instead of letting her tell me how much it was I blurted out "You're lucky there, I was going to go all greek on your ass"....then I realised what I said and just looked at her kind of like this --> and she looked at me with a wtf are you looking at me like that face.... then I changed the subject..

I think I got away with it, but I'm pretty sure the thinks I'm a weirdo now
