A mum lured a 14-year-old boy back to her house before stripping him naked and having sex with him, a court heard.

Teah Vincent, 32, saw the boy and a friend of his playing football near her house in Gloucestershire on October 21, 2018, a jury was told.

She offered the pair, one of whom knew Vincent, a glass of water back at her house.

The children sat down at the kitchen table and she started to talk about her body and sex, Gloucester Crown Court was told.

Prosecutor Christopher Smyth said: "She then invited the younger boy upstairs. He went up thinking there would be a television or some other gaming device while his friend remained downstairs in the kitchen.

"Ms Vincent then took the boy into her bedroom and told him to sit down on the bed. She left the room and reappeared a few moments later having removed her clothes."

She then had sex with him as his friend waited downstairs.

Prosecutor Smyth added that the boy 'pushed her off, got dressed and fled downstairs' after she allegedly assaulted him.

A mutual friend of the boys’ later went round to see the victim and his mum, who confronted Vincent.

She shut the door in her face and started swearing, according to the boy.



The father of the victim’s friend afterwards went to Vincent’s house and told her to keep away from young boys.

The next day, the boy’s friend was home alone and was allegedly confronted by a man.

He said he would “stab them in the jaw” if they ever went to Vincent’s house again, the court was told.

Vincent admits having sex with the boy on October 21, 2018, but maintains she believed he was over 16 at the time.

Catherine Flint, defending, said: "Ms Vincent had previously spoken to the older boy when he told her he was 18.

"Once the pair were inside the house, she says, the alleged victim told her he was 16."

Vincent has pleaded not guilty to having sexual intercourse with the boy on October 21, 2018, knowing that he was under the age of 16 at the time.

The trial continues.

A mother-of-three wept uncontrollably today when she was cleared by a jury of having sex with a boy in the knowledge that he was only 14 years old.

Teah Vincent admitted she did initiate sex with the teenager at her home in Woolaston, near Lydney, Gloucestershire.

But the 32-year-old, who has three children of primary school age, told a court she believed the boy was over 16.

The court heard that the boy and a 14-year-old friend had been playing football near her home and she invited them in for a soft drink.

She then allegedly took one of the boys upstairs to her bedroom, stripped him naked and pulled him down onto her bed where she straddled him.

A jury of eight men and four women today found her not guilty of knowingly having sex with an under-age boy on October 21, 2018.

Following the verdict, she posted a picture of herself celebrating outside court. She said in the post: 'Not guilty. Thank you everyone that stood behind me and believed me it's been the hardest two years off (sic) my life.

She added: 'Welcome 2021 for me and my kids.'

The decision was reached after a retirement of one hour four minutes at the end of a four day trial at Gloucester Crown Court.

In floods of tears, she was discharged by Judge Ian Lawrie QC.

The verdict came after late evidence emerged in the trial yesterday about the false date of birth the boy had given on his Facebook profile.

Defence lawyers had unearthed the evidence which was considered by Judge Lawrie yesterday before it was ruled admissible and put before the jury.



Christopher Smyth, prosecuting, told the jury that 'during the hearing many issues were raised about the victim's Facebook profile which needed investigating.'

He showed a screen shot image giving the alleged victim's profile and his date of birth as 2000 - making him appear much older than his chronological age.

The youth was recalled to the witness box and explained that he had entered the false date of birth after being given a new phone for his 13th birthday.

He said he received a phone a week ahead of his birthday so 'I put in a false date of birth because you have to be 13 to access Facebook. This was because I wanted to access games and other things straight away.

'I chose 2000 because 2001 or 2003 was "disorganised". I forgot to change it when I got older. I have very little usage of Facebook as I mainly use it for games.

'I could have waited six days before I became 13 to register with Facebook, but I chose to be 16 almost 17, for Facebook purposes.'

Pressed about what age he told Ms Vincent he was he said: 'I definitely did not tell her I was 16 going on 17.'

During her evidence to the jury yesterday Ms Vincent said: 'I'm sure he told me he was 16 and I felt he looked much older. It didn't occur to me that he might be underage.

'He definitely didn't tell me he was in Year 9, or that he was only 14, before we had sex.'

Defence barrister Catherine Flint, in her final speech to the jury before they retired to consider their verdict, said: 'You have heard a lot about Ms Vincent's behaviour on that Sunday.

'You may have formed a view that her behaviour was morally questionable.

'However your role is not to make moral judgements, but to decide if she broke the law.

'Can you be sure he told her she was 14 before they had sex or had he lied about his age?

'You'd be hard pressed to find a young teenager who doesn't wish they were a few years older.

'It seems that Ms Vincent had a sort of fascination with this group of boys.'

In his summing up to the jury before they retired to consider their verdict Judge Ian Lawrie QC told them: 'The issues in the case are straightforward. It comes down to the question of the boy's age.

'The victim was a young virgin and she was a lot older than him, being more than twice his age. Ms Vincent took the lead sexually.

'Ms Vincent stated that the boy was flirting with her before he was taken upstairs to her bedroom. This might seem to be stretching credibility, as he was naive about sexual matters.

'Ms Vincent had never met the boy before, but had seen friends of his who were a lot older than him. She said she believed he was much older.'

A MUM cleared of wrongdoing after having sex with a boy, 14, has opened an X-rated OnlyFans account and promises to "tell her side of the story".

Teah Vincent, 32, admitted to initiating sex with the teen, who she believed was 16, at her Gloucestershire home - and has since received an onslaught of abuse online.



Last week, Teah was found not guilty of knowingly having sex with the under-age boy after just one hour and four minutes of jury deliberation.

Now the mum-of-three has teased that she's started her own account on the saucy subscription site OnlyFans.com in a bid to tell "her side" of the story.

She posted a selfie with her middle finger up with a link to the raunchy website in the caption.

The 32-year-old said on her Instagram: "I want to get my side out and that will be through this website."

She announced that she would start posting "lots" of content on her new X-rated account once she has gained enough followers - who will have to pay a monthly subscription.

One follower, clearly pleased to hear the announcement, brazenly asked the mum: "Is there going to be nudes? or no?"

Just days ago, the 32-year-old said in an Instagram video that she was "thinking about doing an OnlyFans account".

She added that: "People already hate me, so not much to lose."

But despite the subscription website being known as a place for the public and famous faces to make money off posting saucy content, Teah told her followers: "I'm not getting into porn."

She'll join famous faces including Chloe Madeley and her rugby star hubby James Haskell, Love Islanders Arabella Chi and Adam Collard and musician Cardi B on the site.

After she was cleared of any wrong-doing in court, Teah told The Sun Online she was "embarrassed" by the ordeal and now wants to focus on the future.

She said: "This has wrecked my life.

“It’s also wrecked any chance I would have had of a career. I’m too embarrassed now to do anything.

“I feel hot-headed and emotional.

“I just want to put all my energy now into my children and look after them."

During the trial, jurors heard how the boy had been playing football with a pal near Teah's home when she invited them in for a drink of water.

Teah was then accused of taking one of the teens upstairs where she stripped off and they had sex.

She later said she was "sure" he had told her he was 16 and "looked much older".

After the case concluded, she posted a picture of herself celebrating the news on Facebook, writing: “Not guilty.

"Thank you everyone that stood behind me and believed me it's been the hardest two years of my life.

“Welcome 2021 for me and my kids.”
