no, but...asserting same or similar was used in London didnt strike me as believable. Nor Japan, is this guy trying to say Fukushima had an explosion-assist? Its stuff like that which casts bad light on the rest of the more 'sensible' stuff that has to do with 911....nothing that has to do with 911 really looks "wrong" as it were, that explanation seems possible but the spire sounds...well, not right also. And its rather annoying that "editor's note, this is fully confirmed" has no links, every time he writes it. But the shady nuke stuff does generally fit in with the dark side of israel.
