My go to is an egg and cheese on a roll... it's a half-sized roll that I get from Publix. Southerners don't know what real rolls look like. The bacon and sausage is great, but I'm lazy as fuck, and I don't feel like cleaning all that greasy shit up in the morning.

Heat up precooked bacon and/or buy the cheap stack of frozen sausage patties from Aldi. 30 seconds in the microwave then in the pan with the egg. Easy peaszy and not the grease mess from raw.

And definitely get an egg ring. Glorious for round bread varietals.

Aldi started selling brioche bagels, super soft.

I love bagel sandwiches, breakfast especially. That's my go-to for making myself breakfast... sausage or bacon, egg, cheese, on a bagel. Maybe Muddy can start by ordering one at Dunkin Donuts or an Einstein's if they have them there.

Big fan of a runny egg and cheese on bagel as well.... but I'm also a purist. There's a fresh bagel place that makes fresh montreal style bagels in a brick oven and is open 24/7. Just an everything bagel with cream cheese

An egg and cheese, sans the bacon or sausage, is perfectly fine for me. But I do appreciate your concern for my morning mental well-being.

My wife makes oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and only bakes half We end up eating half the batch raw, it was the same between my mom and I when I was growing up. If I die from raw chocolate chip cookies I'm cool with that, totally worth it.
