Really? It's been soaked here since last fall. The only time I haven't squished walking to my garage was when the ground was frozen for short spells this past winter. We even beat our all time record rainfall totals by a couple feet in 2011.

Wanna trade? I'll gladly take rain over this oppressive fucking heat any day of the week. Air temp might be 95°, but I guarantee that it feels at least 10° hotter in the direct sun.

Since our weather changes so much both during the day and seasonally...if it's not a gradual change then the heat is pretty oppressive for us too.
