No kidding, I'm exhausted. I got out early Friday, was on the island by noon. The owner of the place I'm working on is going up next weekend for the first time in 5+ years, I promised him he would be able to stay in his own place. I spent 8 hours Friday, 12 hours Saturday cleaning, repairing windows, servicing A/C units, shampooing carpets, washing walls (spent over an hour picking chewing gum off the walls).

Sunday I spent 4 hours cleaning "my" place because we might have renters next weekend. I don't know for sure because the owner of the place won't return my messages.
It will be nice to get back to work today and relax.

Came home from work still feeling like crap, lay down on bed, fell asleep. Mum calls me about an hour ago, doctor in the house and dad is being sent to hospital for the night :wha: He's been fitting a new bathroom and was working on it most of today (considering he has MS it's not really a good idea to overwork himself), after dinner he was feeling really dizzy and faint so my mum called the doc, doc came out and apparently he had an irregular heartbeat :wha: So he's been booked into the ward for tests/monitoring! Fingers crossed he's just been over-exerting himself.

He got out tonight, his heartbeat/blood pressure is apparently now back to normal :thumbsup: He's wearing a heart monitor for the next 24 hours and then getting an ultrasound (he thinks that's what the doc said anyway :lol: ) when he goes back. Apparently his heart is pumping blood inward fine but not outward so well so they put him on a stronger beta blocker (has been on beta blockers for years to stop the shaking/stuttering from his MS). Not sure whether he'll need a heart op or not atm, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it, but for the moment he's feeling a lot better anyway :)
