I'm about ready to buy the AR-10 lower, but should I pay the $20 - $30 extra for the 2-stage trigger, or should I not give a shit and just buy the lower with the single stage? My AR-15 has a single stage trigger and I was thinking about dropping a 2-stage in it later.

Music was better when ugly people were allowed to make it.
Unless you are intending to use it for precision or long distance shooting, stick with the single.

Fucking Monday night and assholes out in the neighborhood lighting off illegal fireworks. And we're not talking firecrackers and bottle rockets, it's the professional grade stuff that the only way you can get it in Colorado is to drive 100+ miles north to Wyoming. I have dogs that are terrified of fireworks, I get up fucking early every morning for work, and yet these ignorant neanderthals that haven't evolved past "it goes boom..hehehehehe" are disrupting people's lives. And unless you can pinpoint EXACTLY where they are coming from, there's nothing the cops can do because these fucking morons set off just enough and then stop in case someone called the police and then set up and do it again about 30 minutes later. This went on for HOURS last night.
God I fucking hate people.

Interesting. Gibson is offering a reward of $59,000 for a lost register.

So how's the weather for St. Swithin's Day?
114 yesterday in Odessa. Its 11am and right at 100 today a few miles south of Pecos. Luckily weatherman says a cool front is on the way. It's only supposed to be in the mid 90's the rest of the week.
