There's so many of them these days tbh! We'd never heard of Octoral until our rep was talking about it one day - we organised a week-long demo (free paint :lol: ) and it was great, colour matches were pretty much bang on every time and it was a good bit cheaper than our old PPG system :)

We're a separate building in a nearby suburb to the main dealership, Basically the dealership used to be at our location until they build new about 15 minutes away and they couldn't move the body shop because building a new body shop is very expensive (EPA regs, permits,ETC).

20 people in our building (body shop), probably 100 or so in the main dealership. The boss owns 3 local dealerships and one in Florida. And we're affiliated with another big local name who's a minority partner than owns probably a dozen dealerships.
We're not exactly a small company.

Yep.
On the plus side, we're far enough away that there is not much corporate involvement from the main dealer. We're pretty much left alone.
On the negative side both us and the dealership have been getting big praise for having record years, a little "appreciation" in the form of cash would be nice.

When I started at our shop 4 years ago we were an 11 man operation. Now we're at 20 people and hiring. We have about maxxed out our growth though to limited space in a large building.

True, there's a Chinese in Perth that we used to go to every few months when i was a kid and they had the best t-bone steaks of all time......... and the best onion rings of all time......... and the best chips of all time :homer: Expensive though, last time i was there the t-bone was £22 :lol: I got 3 t-bones and 6 sirloin from my friend at the slaughterhouse yesterday for £35 :)
