I am happy to be back. Yesterday morning, no problems from home, but then yesterday evening, couldn't get back to site. Got lots of email thread notices, so knew the site was up.

That's pretty weird....I know there are some glitches (the invalid redirect notice and such), but I have always been able to logon to the site, both at home and at work. And I tried it from my PC and from my laptop at home and both worked fine.

Not so much 'hard' work Belle, just a number of issues with the database that took us and age to fix :x Mostly fixed now although there does seem to be a few teething issues (a few folks are a getting a server not found message - had it myself about 30 mins after fixing and turning on the forum :lol: ), just glad it's back online tbh :)

I have to admit, he was really nice and helpful and spoke English well enough for me to understand him and he could understand my very Southern accent.
A week or so later, I had to call about an issue with Outlook. I bought MS Office as a download a couple of years ago and was having trouble with Outlook, so I called to ask for a cd so I wouldn't have to download it all over again online (took 2 hours).
Well, they don't supply cds any more and wanted to sell me a flash drive that was $29.99. Hell, I only paid $9.99 for the orignal download so I said NO.
I had to talk to another Indian lady this time who fixed my Outlook. She asked me about all the rain we'd been getting. I didn't know they followed our weather in India. We chatted about okra.

They were saying something about the weather. Has it been strange over there? It was an awesome show. About a 1/3 of the way through it, my wife put her book down and started listening. Asked me who they were, etc. She's a new convert now, :lol:

It's been a weird summer....started off extremely hot and dry, and then it got insanely humid for this part of the country, and now the weather is rainy and cooler, especially for this time of year.
