Nada. Feeling a bit more normal today. Back at the office for awhile. The work over last weekend (along with all the beer and whiskey of course, lol) left me feeling a bit under the weather.

frozen stuck is Onion, Green Bell Peppers, and more Corn.

Near as I can figure, we started with about 250lbs of fresh veggies.

Yeah, It was a bit or work, especially for my wife who was in the kitchen all day for 3 days pressure cooking. I did all the hot water bathing outside. On the plus side, other than fresh potatoes, I won't really have to buy any veggies the rest of the year (as long as my garden produces, lol)
