Let me bitch for a moment...imagine the sales reps in this company can order product and have it arrive one of two places....our warehouse or direct to the customer from the vendor.

A sales rep with 20 yrs experience always screws this simple process up and stuff that was supposed to go from vendor right to client, ends up here.

We can't put it in our system, therefore we can't invoice the client or charge them for shipping.



So this happens about once every two weeks with this dill-hole and we ship to his client, totally absorbing the cost and not invoicing the client.



Today he calls - Can you track that shipment from January for _____(client's name) that was never entered in the system, they say they haven't got it yet.



So I have to somehow track something that was never in a system, never invoiced and never paid for through the 19,236 daily ways we have to ship available to us :lol: (we use a lot of couriers) It's like trying to find a needle in a country full of haystacks and the bloody idiotic part about it is that he's giving us back-handed shit by copying his manager on the ' you lost this or didn't ship it ' note.

So I have a pretty fair memory and return the note copying his boss - Oh, you mean the one from Jan 17th where you didn't fill out the procurement form properly, a docket was never set up and we had to ship it to Precision Drilling on the fly without using our system, capturing warehousing or courier costs? Oh yes, I recall that one :)
