The so called shop foreman has been really tight on ordering materials lately,I went out and bought something with my own money earlier in the week so I can properly do my job, now cars didn't get painted yesterday afternoon because the painters ran out of masking tape. It's literally costing the company thousands of dollars to save a few hundred.
