I look at lot of paperwork, tiny item and docket numbers, then look at my pc, then drive a forklift. 3 different fields of vision. After I got my first pair of glasses everything was CRYSTAL CLEAR :lol: I had no idea my vision was that bad...

I take off my glasses and put them on around 5 times per minute, depending on what I'm doing...


Actually Lance you should first visit a drugstore, take some printed material with a tiny font and then try on the 'readers' they have there. Hold your paper about 14 inches from your eyes then try the various strength cheap glasses.

It will help determine if you need a proper prescription before doing an eye test and buying spendy glasses :thumbsup:

I have thought about trying reading glasses, but it has been something like 30 years since I last had my eyes checked, back when I was in school. :lol:

We even cemented big massive wooden posts into the ground for goalposts :lol: DIY experts at 10 year old :lol: I miss those days, no worries at all other than who was bringing their football out that night :lol:

It all depends on how big and/or involved the quote is....I can do small ones in a few hours/a day, but I have had some huge ones with tones of drawings to go over that have taken more than a week

Nope, no guarantee at all...and like I said, some customers are real assholes and send the RFQ out to like a dozen different shops and then pick and choose whoever was the cheapest on one or two items and send the work out that way. It really sucks and it pisses me off.
