First round of antibiotics (amoxacillin) didn't do shit either, had to go to a different doc a week later and get one of the newer antibiotics. He also shot me full of cortizone and a vitamin B? shot as well.

he's a good guy (and my new supervisor) and he doesn't pretend to know it all, so I like helping him.

he literally does not understand the most basic premises...his new pc doesn't have a 'BURN' button so he figures it's not able to burn dvd's (it actually has a nice dual layer burner installed)

His son set up his last pc so almost every single command for various tasks had a shortcut...and if that shortcut was deleted or moved, oooh boy the confusion started :lol:

I didn't have the heart (or time) to explain that his new pc needed a burning program installed, before he could "make some cd movies for his granddaughters" :lol:

Those are only the foothills...if you get farther away and can see back into the mountains, there is snow on all the high peaks.

Yes, getting close to graduating. Some courses to take still and a practical part (work for some company for a while) still do to. As well as my graduation work, which I will start to write at the same time as I get to doing that practical work part.

Have to find them myself. I could work while studying, but that would significantly slow down the studies. Except now that Im getting so far with my studies that I don't have so many courses to take, which frees up time in my schedule.
The thing is that if I work and I get paid enough, I will lose my "study money" and other benefits the govenrment pays for all the students. But I then again, I could not work enough to actively cover my expenses...so it would lead to a bit of a pickle especially in the early parts of studies. Now it would be easier to handle.

Great thanks. Spring is here in the UK now. Weather has picked up and although there's still a wee nip in the air in the mornings after the sun burns through it, it feels great following the cold winter we've had.

Hehe! Well, rooting is safe though. It won't brick your phone and it can be un-rooted. And it literally is done with one click. :tup:

That is not possible with rooting. If you flash your bootloader, then you can brick your phone. If something goes wrong with your rooting (which is very unlikely) you can unroot and re-flash your phone. I know it sounds very techy, but there are very simple to use tools out there and good instructions how to use them. Ofcourse, warranty is voided when doing all this...

I just wish I could uninstall some of the crap that came with the phone, but it looks like I am stuck with it unless I root the phone :wha:
